I messaged this Ricky after 9pm because my cat  was stuck over 20ft high in a tree and the fire department said if she’s still there tomorrow they will help. Then I found Ricky and messaged him, with not even knowing him or ever working together he got out of bed without hesitation and was to my house within 20 minutes and got her down. Words can’t even express the gratitude we have for this act of service for a stranger. I will forever recommend him for any services any of my clients, family or myself need. We called RA grounds to cut down a dead pin oak.  This was not an easily accessible tree and it was massive.  It was also not safe to climb.  Despite every challenge this tree came with Ricky and his team showed up and professionally and safely removed the tree in record time without any incident.  I have a disabled son and I often base my reviews of businesses on how they treat and interact with him too and when Ricky saw my son he instantly asked questions and got to know about him which is a testament to his character on top of his business! RA Grounds Management and Ricky did a great job for us. They removed large, complicated trees with a crane, climber and team. They worked efficiently and safely, removing the complete trees with stump grinding. The removed the risks to our house and the neighbors were happy too. They also did a great cleanup and restoration of the stump sites with soil and grass seed. RA responded quickly, gave us a fair proposal and kept their schedule and commitments. On Sunday August 17th, 2025, a large Willow tree fell and struck my home causing significant damage. I previously met the owner of R.A. Grounds Management, Ricky, while in line at Chipotle and asked for his contact information for estimates on tree work. I was unaware this Willow tree would strike my house weeks later, but was glad we sparked our conversation. The morning of August 18th, I contacted Ricky and forwarded him photos of the gigantic tree and chaotic mess. Ricky arrived within an hour and by 7:00 pm, there wasn’t a twig left in my yard. I read a lot of positive reviews for RA Grounds Mgmnt on Facebook. In our condo development we have a water retention basin that needed cleaned out Of trees and years of debris. I called Rick, he came that day to give me an estimate and the next day Him and his crew came and completed the job. Me along with the board members are very pleased with the quick turnaround and the expertise in which Rick and his crew operated. When the job was completed, the cleanup was thoroughly completed. RA Management did a fabulous job, I do not even recognize my own yard!! They were timely, professional, and did everything promised and then some. Ricky and his team did a great job today taking down a tree for me.  They were fast and efficient & cleaned everything up beautifully. There is no evidence that they were even here, except for the fact that the tree is gone!! Highly recommend 😊
